Shipping policy

Thank you so much for visiting and shopping at One More Custom Threads. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

1. Order processing time 

Processing time is generally within 5-10 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information. Shipping and delivery times may vary once your order is in the possession of the shipping courier. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other reasons that may occur during the transit.

Please note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, order processing may take longer than normal.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Personalized (custom orders) may take longer to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.

2. Shipping address changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately via email at onemorecustomthreads@gmail.com with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer alter the shipping address. 

3. Shipping fees

We offer free shipping on orders $50.00 and over.

If you choose to ship to multiple addresses we will add $5.00 for each additional address.
